Jewelry pieces and diamonds are insured by Diamond Foundry and shipped via UPS. Packaging, customer service, and returns are handled directly by the jewelry designers. Shipping is complimentary for all orders above $300 in value.

Shipping cost. All international orders will be shipped UPS International Priority. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Customs, duties & taxes. Customs of the destination country may apply fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges. Policies vary depending on country. As a buyer, you are responsible for the required customs clearance and fees.
Diamond Foundry honors a 30-day return policy for U.S. domestic orders. The 30-day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation.
Please note that certain custom orders are all sales final. This will be noted in your final invoice before payment is processed.
Loose Diamonds may be returned for 30 days, no questions asked. Returned diamonds must be in original condition and accompanied by all original documentation.
1. You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Code before you return an item: Email us to obtain a RMA Code. Write your return shipping authorization code on the outside of the insured UPS package you are returning.
Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue. Packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. Packages without a return shipping authorization number or packages with refused delivery will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a restocking charge of $100.
2. Packing your order: Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates. In order for the insurance to be valid with the use of your UPS prepaid label, you must “double box” your shipment.
3. Shipment and Insurance: Obtain a UPS receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped. This receipt will act as proof of insurance.
4. Refunds: Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email or fax. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
